Abstract
There has been many surgical techniques, of which are successful in eliminating reflux, including Hutch technique, Gregoir and van Regemorter. Politano-Leadbetter technique, Cohen technique and more recently the operation was described by Gil-Vernet.
The Gil-Vernet procedure is a simple and rapidly accomplished without mobilization of the distal ureter.
We performed the surgical correction of vesicoureteral reflux with Gil-Vernet in 3 patients in recent 2 years. We evaluate the preoperative state, operative technique, and postoperative course of these cases, and report it with the review of the articles.
